The technology used by architects, engineers and contractors to build the recently completed Ladue Early Childhood Center was featured in a recent article, citing the Ladue School District’s project as a success story for the Building Information Modeling (BIM) software solution.

Participants in the Ladue Schools project were actually required to utilize this software in order for their bid’s for the project to be considered. In this way, all companies involved had “access to intelligent models that gave the big picture of the project from the beginning,” according to Mary Beth Oberlin, the project architect for Bond Wolfe Architects who designed the new learning facility.
