Ladue Graduate Matt Hirschfeld Designs NBC’s Emmy Campaign

Design of a shooting star

Los Angeles based illustrator Matt Hirschfeld (Ladue HW class of 1998) was commissioned last summer by NBC/Universal Television to create several drawings for their annual Emmy campaign in Variety Magazine. These ads featured several hit shows which included Parks and Rec, 30 Rock, The Office and Saturday Night Live.

The ad campaign earned Matt and NBC/Universal a Key Art Award nomination (honoring the best in movie and TV advertising). Matt continues to create artwork for NBC/UNIV for several of their current hit shows and was recently asked by a cast member of SNL to design a going-away t-shirt of Seth Meyers worn by all cast and writers of the show.
