LHWHS Boys Varsity Soccer Team Finishes Season with Impressive Recognitions.

With the second best record in Ladue Schools history, Ladue Horton Watkins High School Boys Varsity Soccer Team finished fifth in the state with a 20-5-1 record.  The team was District Champions for the third year in a row, and Sectional Champions for the second year in a row.

All Conference Athletes include: Kyle Cook, Justin Espinosa, David Maffly-Kipp, Walker Miller, Chris Naunhaim, Austin Powell, Michael Wielansky and Nik Woltz.

Michael Wielansky was named First Team All Metro, First Team All State and All District Team.  Wielansky’s school records include: most points in a season, second most points in a career, most goals in a season, second most goals in a career, third most assists in a season and second most assists in a career.

Chris Naunheim was named Second Team All State and All District Team.  Naunheim’s school records include:  third most points in a season, third most points in career, second most goals in a season, and third most goals in a career.

David Maffly-Kipp was named Honorable Mention All State and All District Team.

Justin Espinosa holds school records for the second most assists in a season and the fourth most assists in a career.

Dave Aronberg coaches the Varsity Boys Soccer Team and also teaches six grade social studies at Ladue Middle School.
