The Ladue School District loves to celebrate its students’ achievements both in and out of school! Freshman Dani Wides is a Level 10 gymnast, and she will be one of 56 girls her age from across the country to compete in the Junior Olympic Nationals on May 8 in Fort Worth, Texas!
Dani began gymnastics in April, 2005, when she was 4 years old. She was initially put in a pre-competitive class, and many of these girls became part of the competitive gymnastics program. Dani began her gymnastics career at Team Central and moved to All American gymnastics two years ago in September of 2014. At All American, Dani was put in level 10, the highest level before elite. This year, Dani perfected her level 10 skills, made it to state, then regionals, and now Junior Olympic Nationals.
Good luck, Dani, and congratulations!
