Ladue Schools has recently been selected as one of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch 2016 Top Workplaces. Only 100 local companies are recognized with this annual award, and our district ranked 11th in the category for large companies. This is the second time the district has participated in the program, and we are honored to have been selected for the award on both occasions!
“Ladue Schools strives to recruit the best educators and support staff members, and with that comes the responsibility of providing those employees with a work environment where they feel appreciated and can do their best work,” Superintendent Dr. Donna Jahnke said. “This award recognizes those efforts, and we are honored to be counted among the top local workplaces.”
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch published the full lists of Top Workplaces online on June 24, 2016. The lists—for small, medium and large companies—are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few. The survey distributed to Ladue Schools staff received a high response rate of 74%.
