Ladue Horton Watkins High School students, Zach Weller (12) and Anya Tullman (12), have been named to the Missouri All-State Journalism Team. The team is comprised of the top ten high school journalism students from across the state and each school is permitted to submit only two students. Ladue was the only school to have both selected students named as winners. A panel of four judges rated the applicants who submitted online portfolios of their work, personal essays, and a letter of recommendation. Anya is also the St. Louis Press Association’s Student Journalist of the Year. On May 31 she will be honored at their annual luncheon and awarded with a $1,000 scholarship.
