Three Students Selected for National Association for Music Education

Three Ladue Band and Orchestra students auditioned for and were selected as members of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) All-National Band and Orchestra. Founded in 1907, the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) is among the world’s largest arts education organizations. It is the only association that addresses all aspects of music education.
Pema Childs  (11) on clarinet, Jacob Sheldon (12) on cello, and Anna Zhong (12) on violin all earned this outstanding distinction.
The All-National ensembles will rehearse and perform as a part of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) national conference in Orlando, FL on November 7-10, 2019.
