Two LHWHS seniors have started a drive-in movie business that allows people to enjoy films in a safe environment.
“Reels on Wheels” was created by students Elliott Davis and Shreya Vellanki; according to their website, it was started “as a way to bring the community together in a safe environment in the form of a nontraditional theater. Knowing that many people of all ages are going to miss out on once-in-a-lifetime experiences, we decided to do something about it. Our main goal is to provide long-lasting memories for friends and families all across the St. Louis area.”
They recently received a grant from the Ladue Education Foundation to help further their business plan.
The community is invited to the first public Reels on Wheels event on Saturday, April 10 in Queeny Park (Corporate Picnic Parking Lot, 550 Weidman Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011)
