The Science Olympiad teams from both Ladue Middle School and Ladue Horton Watkins High School took home first place in their division of the regional Missouri Science Olympiad on Feb. 12.
The LMS team (pictured) placed first in 16 of 22 events on its way to placing first in the field of 10 different teams.
The LHWHS team placed first out of 13 teams, earning the highest score in nine of 22 events.
Additionally, the LMS training team took third place in the middle school division while the high school training team placed 10th in the high school division.
Both teams now advance to the state competition on April 9 in Springfield, Mo.
